podio

I’ve been using Podio for my entire business. It does team/project/database management, and web forms. Webforms is where Podio truly shines because most systems don’t have it.

asana

Asana is very visually friendly, which I gather is why it’s so popular. To me, it’s not nearly as powerful as Podio and serves as a glorified checklist. It’s great for projects only and lacks forms.

trello

I used Trello briefly to manage a guest blogger project. It’s great for visual people as it uses “cards.” Think about organizing/arranging a project with physical index cards.
